A crime film set in the 1990s, it follows policemen as they solve a series of cases committed by cold-blooded gangsters.
Reviews from pre-screenings are calling the film "the best crime film of recent years."
The director said he spent months preparing and even "talked to some policemen at that time," in order to make the film feel more true to life.
