China’s top legislature has power, responsibility to improve HK electoral system: spokesperson

Based on recent situation in Hong Kong, HKSAR electoral system needs to be moved with the times. To improve the HK electoral system is the power and the responsibility of the NPC: Zhang Yesui, spokesperson of the 4th annual session of the 13th NPC.
