Online show to celebrate 70th anniversary of China-Italy diplomatic ties

An online show to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of China-Italy diplomatic ties will be held on Friday, according to a Tuesday report from China News.

Some well-known artistes from the two countries including the Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and the National Ballet of China will perform during the event.

This will be the first time that China and Italy celebrate the anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries in the form of an online performance due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The performance is scheduled to stream on many online platforms in China and Italy on Friday.
